ESOL Fall Classes

Information and registration for English Language (ESOL) Students:

  • Registration will take place soon; students MUST call for an appointment time.

  • Registration is in-person in our main office and takes about 1—1.5 hours to complete; learners fill out the online placement form and take a placement test.

  • Class are FREE and there is no registration fee

  • Fall courses are online this fall; some classes might be blended (a mix of in-person and online)

  • Fall courses will incorporate reading, writing, speaking, listening.

Information and registration process for GED + Adult Basic Education Students:

  • We are still deciding whether classes will be online or in-person this fall

  • Registration is in-person in our office

  • Registration is a 2-day process; students are here for approximately 2 hours on both days

  • Class are FREE and there is no registration fee

  • Registration appointments are available on Wednesday and Friday mornings and on Tuesday evenings - students must contact the office for an appointment

  • After registering, students are required to attend a two-hour, in-person, class orientation the week of September 20th to meet their instructor; morning and evening appointments will be available

  • Online classes begin the week of September 27

Information and registration process for GED + Adult Basic Education Students:

  • All classes will be online for the summer semester

  • Registration is in-person in our office

  • Registration is a 2-day process; students are here for approximately 2 hours on both days

  • Class are FREE and there is no registration fee

  • Registration appointments are available on Wednesday and Friday mornings and on Thursday evenings - students must contact the office for an appointment

  • After registering, students are required to attend a two-hour, in-person, class orientation the week of July 12th to meet their instructor; morning and evening appointments will be available

  • Online classes begin the week of July 19th

  • Registration is in-person in our main office and takes about 1—1.5 hours to complete; learners fill out the online placement form and take a placement test.

  • Class are FREE and there is no registration fee

  • Summer courses are online this summer; some classes might be blended (a mix of in-person and online)

  • Summer courses will incorporate reading, writing, speaking, listening with an extra focus on oral communication/conversation.

NEDP Information Session

Looking for a different way to earn your high school diploma?

The National External Diploma Program® (NEDP) could be right for you.

NEDP is a web-based program that offers the flexibility to earn your diploma even if you are employed full time, enrolled in job training, or have other commitments.

Come to an information session hosted by RIRAL on April 21st at 2 pm on Zoom. Learn how to enroll and succeed in the NEPD program. Please visit the NEDP page for the link to the Zoom session.

FCC Emergency Broadband Internet Program

FCC Emergency Broadband Internet Program

The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
